Data Research Intern (Paid Internship Opportunity)
BrainPOP would like a data research intern to help work on some of our data needs. The intern projects all serve the goal of finding ways to best improve the BrainPOP product, but can vary in their focus from product to business analyses, from data science to data engineering, and from exploratory work to hypothesis-driven research. If you are interested in gaining experience working on a data team at an EdTech company, join our intern program!
The main qualifications required are:
A baseline understanding of R or Python
Desired qualifications:
Experience with various pedagogical approaches to education
Ability to work independently, self-motivated
Experience working with large unstructured data sets
A baseline understanding of SQL
A baseline understanding of statistical methodologies or data mining techniques
