As part of the Global Learning Products division, the Learning Experience team develops content for face-to-face, live online, blended, and self-study courses. This position supports the LX team on a variety of concurrent projects.

About the Internship

Intern, Learning Experience 

Paid Internship Opportunity

• $25/hour

Responsibilities

• In consultation with LX team members, develop recommendations for improving existing learning products and materials

• Assist in storyboarding and developing course materials (e.g., digital student guides, online course activities, videos, graphics, etc.)

• Develop creative ways to engage adult learners and improve learning and retention

• Meeting structure includes 1 weekly team meeting, and 1 weekly check-in with supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of instructional design principles/processes and online learning best practices

• Proficiency working remotely

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail

• (Preferred) Experience with language education and/or basic understanding of second language acquisition principles

• (Preferred) Proficiency in a language other than English

• (Preferred) Digital media skills (e.g., graphic design, illustration, animation, video editing, etc.)
