Intern – Data Input, Analysis & Digital Learning Support

About Us: 

At The Reading Specialists, we empower children through evidence-based literacy instruction. Based in Singapore, our centre supports learners with reading and language needs using structured, research-informed approaches. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy intern to support our team with data-related tasks and digital learning initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Enter and maintain student data (assessment, attendance)

• Clean and organise datasets for accuracy

• Generate reports and visual summaries of progress

• Contribute to data analysis and insights

• Support digital learning platforms (upload resources, manage user data)

• Assist in improving systems for student tracking and learning outcomes

Tools You May Use or Learn

• Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)

• SPSS, Jamovi, R (RStudio)

• Python (Pandas, Matplotlib)

• Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio

• LMS analytics tools & digital learning platforms
  No prior experience required—training provided!

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented, organised, and curious

• Comfortable with spreadsheets; bonus if familiar with data/stat tools

• Passionate about literacy, education, or child development

• Strong communicator and team player
