The design of educational digital games brings a considerable amount of challenges that requires specific methods and tools, multidisciplinary teams and customized project management solutions - the same could be said about gamified experiences of learning. How to avoid disconnected game narratives, unengaging game mechanics and inexpressive game-based learning experiences? In this talk we will discuss these - and other - aspects of digital games and gamification in Education.
