The ECT Alumni Ambassadors have been busy this year!

Unconference 2023

With nearly 100 in-person attendees and a dozen presenters including Ben Maddox and Barry Joseph, this year’s second annual Unconference was a huge success. A massive thank you to our student and alumni presenters as well as the support from the ECT department and Office of Alumni Relations. Looking forward to next year’s Unconference!

ECT Mentorship Program

We have officially concluded our first cohort including 15 pairings of mentors and mentees from the LTXD, G4L, and ECT programs. We are reviewing feedback and updating our programming to target late January for inviting our second cohort!

Mind to Mind

If you need a question answered, some job prep, or anything else that may help in your academic and career development, submit a request to get connected with our team of volunteer students and alumni from the program to help you out! Since starting six months ago, we have successfully fulfilled about 20 requests from students and recent alumni!

Looking Ahead

With ECT Alumni Ambassadors has a lot coming up as we explore different ways to support students and alumni in the areas of educational technology and design. We have taken a break from some programming to reorganize our efforts in supporting students and alumni of the program. Stay up to date with our mailing list!
