NYU Grossman School of Medicine: 

The Program for Digital Learning (PDL) within the Institute for Innovations in Medical Education at the New York University School of Medicine(http://www.med.nyu.edu/) is dedicated to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of digital learning resources for medical education. PDL provides assistance to faculty who seek to leverage existing technologies to improve and standardize the delivery of their educational content.

About the Internship

Our current internship program focuses on learning analytics, digital learning resources production and supporting the innovative teaching and learning mission at the Grossman School of Medicine.

We seek an intern to help us collaborate with and provide consultation to faculty and program directors on digital learning resources development projects. Areas of focus will include learning analytics and digital learning resource development with an emphasis on data-driven personalized learning. The intern will promote innovative and enriched teaching practices and engaged learning to optimize students' learning outcomes. Areas of emphasis will also include evidence-based teaching and learning practice and the appropriate use of technology to support teaching and learning. The intern will collaborate as appropriate with the Program for Digital Learning (PDL) team members to support the production of Brightspace learning tools as well as learning behavior dashboards. lessons,

Interns will work closely with and be supervised by our Instructional Designer and will also work with the Assistant Director of the Program for Digital Learning.
